BRIDGE is based in Orange County at Mather Dance Company, giving dancers access to training and experiences within one of the world’s leading professional dance communities.

BRIDGE provides dancers with training, tools, guidance, and industry exposure that prepares them for professional opportunities and representation. Agency auditions take place towards the end of the program!

Dancers experience intensive, industry-focused training designed to challenge them technically, artistically, and professionally. BRIDGE dancers train exclusively as a group from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, followed by additional training alongside Mather Dance Company Monday through Thursday afternoons. Training goes beyond the classroom through workshops, creative projects, mentorship, and real-world industry experiences.

Yes. Creative and performance-based opportunities are an important part of the BRIDGE experience, giving dancers the chance to apply their training in professional-style environments.

Housing information and recommendations can be provided to accepted dancers. Please contact our team for current housing details and availability.
